For your peace of mind, you should know that our designers offer a guarantee of 3 (three) months on all items on sale.

The guarantee includes free repair of the goods. The client must bear shipping expenses to/from the designer.

The guarantee does not include:
- loss of stones
- improper use of the damaged goods
- wear and tear

To access the service:

- Send an email to: guarantee@no-gram.com, enclosing an image of the broken item;
- Your request will be forwarded to the designer, who will examine the damage;
- You will receive an e-mail as acceptance of the service if the damage is covered by the guarantee. If on the other hand the damage is not covered by the guarantee, you will receive an e-mail informing you of this and if appropriate, you will be sent an estimate for the cost of repairing the item concerned.

**Please note: We would like to remind you that the guarantee service is offered directly by the designers belonging to the NO-GRAM circuit. Therefore, NO-GRAM acts purely as coordinator between client and designer.
